The first time ever I surprised Greg on his layover.  I drove up to Bellingham last night to meet up with him. I was even able to get into his room before he arrived!  We felt like we stepped into a Hallmark movie.  The desk clerk was so excited to help me surprise Greg.  She was giddy about it.  The hotel was deck out with Christmas cheer.  We explored the downtown and found many fun shops.  They were having a Christmas window display contest.   To complete the scene it was snowing!  I’m very thankful I was able to sneak away for a night with Greg.  Thankful for Grandma & Grandpa who watched the kids.
